The Made in Essex Secret Postcard Sale is a fundraising event featuring 100 beautiful postcard-sized mini masterpieces created by the best local artists around, along with a few national artists and a sprinkling of celebs too, including Jo Brand, Jools Holland and Grayson Perry. 

The 100 postcard creations are all exhibited at Emma Bell's wonderful gallery '70 The Broadway' in Leigh, and 100 Golden Tickets go on sale on the day the exhibition opens, sold on a first come first served basis (and they fly out the door!). 

Those lucky enough to bagsy a Golden Ticket are guaranteed one of the beautiful postcards, allocated at random, so it's a lovely surprise which one is received and who created it.

It's a real feast for the eyes, and it's all for a wonderful cause too, with all the money raised going straight to Metal's amazing 'Connect & Create' project (previously NetPark Wellbeing) providing art classes for people living with dementia.
