DELIVERY

Delivery is FREE for all products on Made in Essex.

Delivery times vary from product to product.

You’ll find an estimated despatch time within the description of each item, which is how long the artist will need to get your item ready for sending out.

Within each listing, you'll also see an estimated delivery time i.e. how long your order will take to be delivered, once it's been despatched.

So to get a feel for how soon you’d receive your item once you've placed your order, simply add the estimated despatch time to the estimated delivery time listed.

Once despatched, you'll get an email to let you know your item is on it's way to you.

RETURNS

As many items featured on Made in Essex are made to order, returns are only possible if the item arrives with you damaged.

If this is the case, please just drop me an email to contactmadeinessex@gmail.com and we’ll make arrangements to return the item and issue you a full refund.
